Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine successfully launched the “Cosunter Scholarship”

"Learning is the basic skill to succeed in all walks of life". On November 24, the launching and awards ceremony for the “Cosunter Scholarship” of Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine was successfully held in Qishan Auditorium of the university. The scholarship winners are outstanding sophomore and junior students in the College of Pharmacy of the university. There will be 12 winners every year.

By adhering to the corporate mission of “Spread kindness and pay attention to people’s livelihood”, Fujian Cosunter Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. always seeks to promote the development of Fujian medical education. This year, it established the “Cosunter Scholarship” in Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine to encourage excellent students of the university to achieve more outstanding results.

The “Cosunter Scholarship” obtained strong support and affirmation of Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Wu Xiaoyun, Head of the Student Affairs Office, Pang Wensheng, Secretary of the College of Pharmacy, He Jie, Deputy Secretary of the College of Pharmacy, Chen Ying, General Manager of Fujian Cosunter Pharmaceutical, Lin Huiru, Supervisor of HR Department, Chen Shikui, Supervisor of R&D Center and other leaders attended this ceremony. In the ceremony, Pang Wensheng, Secretary of the College of Pharmacy, and Chen Ying, General Manager of Fujian Cosunter Pharmaceutical, delivered speeches to encourage students to study hard and advance bravely without forgetting the original intention to give back to the society gratefully.

During the activity, Chen Ying, General Manager of Fujian Cosunter Pharmaceutical, introduced the background and scholarship awarding activities in recent years. In addition, to encourage students to make contributions to the construction of Haixi pharmaceutical industry, Mr. Chen proposed three expectations for more than three hundreds of students present:

1. Keep the faith and be the youth of the times with ambitions and aspirations.  

2. Study hard and be the youth of the times with knowledge and talent.

3. Cultivate moral character and be the youth of the times with morality and charm.

After the ceremony, Chen Ying, General Manager of Fujian Cosunter Pharmaceutical, Chen Shikui, Supervisor of R&D Center, Pang Wensheng, Secretary of the College of Pharmacy, and Zhu Kedan, Dean of the College of Pharmacy, made in-depth communication to expand more space for cooperation between schools and enterprises.
